  • ½ avocado
  • 50 grams of Hüttenkäse
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Preparation method

  1. Cut the avocado in half.
  2. Remove the pit.
  3. Spoon the Hüttenkäse in place of the pit.
  4. Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.

Tip: If you are lactose intolerant, replace the Hüttenkäse with sunflower seeds
