- 50 grams of oat flour (or oatmeal)
- 25 grams of walnuts (or unsalted nuts of your choice)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Do you use oatmeal instead of oatmeal? Then grind it into oatmeal using a food processor, blender or coffee grinder.
- Place the oatmeal, almond flour, baking powder and sea salt in a large bowl and stir.
- Place the bananas, eggs and almond milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth, fluffy.

- Coarsely chop the walnuts and stir into the batter.
