With this recipe you can make a healthy smoothie with lots of antioxidants and vitamin C. Antioxidants are necessary to remove the toxins in your body. They have an anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering effect and ensure a good immune system.

Due to the fiber and healthy fats, this smoothie contributes to weight loss; ideal when you want to lose extra pounds.

This dish is suitable as a low- carbohydrate breakfast or as a low- carbohydrate lunch .

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 75 grams of blueberries
  • kiwi
  • 50 grams of fresh spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 150 ml unsweetened vegetable milk (coconut or almond milk)
  • 100 ml of water

Preparation method

  1. Remove the skin and stone from the avocado.
  2. Remove the skin from the kiwi.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth smoothie.
  4. Add extra water if necessary, until the smoothie has the right texture.
